I want to suggest to the authority concerned about the hold up along Aba road especially at Rumuokwurushi junction. The hold up at this junction every morning and evening after closing of work is so serious that there is no way one will not spend 30minites or more there. My suggestion is to close that junction as did in oil mill junction, All motorist that is going to Rumuokwurushi should go and turn at Eleme junction and enter Rumuokwurushi through Oil mill and connect Rumukwurushi road by Rumukwurushi market or come back to Rumukwurushi junction. I think that will surely solve that problem pending the time Govt. will provide another flyover there.

About the flood thing, I would advice the government to take a critical look at the Nweja river, it really needs to be dredged, all the water from rumumasi, stadium road and ohiamini find their way into that nweja river, then when you trace the route, you'll find out that most of the water ways has been built on and the water can not find their way into the river thereby causing flood. There was a stream called "Okolo" at that Elekahia Rumukalagbo link road, believe me that stream is lost, people had covered and built on it, there is a huge concrete drainage that crosses the two communites, it has covered with weeds and dirts, so when it rains, it over flows. To solve the flood problem around that area, Nweje must be dredged, then the link for water flow should be traced and any building that crosses the water way must be demolished, if not worse would happen come next rainy season, as I'm typing this right now, if it rains heavily today, many families would not be able to sleep at home, some can not even have access to their homes. It is a very serious problem. I had a shot of the scene on video one of the rainy days, just that its too long to be downloaded here. but what I just said here is the true picture of the area, because I am a living witness, I knew the area b4 it was developed and I can see the differences and the problems very clearly.

That is the positive way of solving flooding problem in Ohiamini Elekahia, Stadium road, and rumumasi through Elekahia Mechanic village.

Few weeks ago, a man was shot dead at Trans Amadi, close to Elf junction, and there was a police post very close to the scene of the incident but they could not do anything, atleast send a signal for back up, there was nothing, a man was killed and robbed; and they excaped with out a chase. This happened in trans Amadi where Mopol parades everyday on foot and in their vans carrying long guns and using sirens to disturb the public. We need security for the entire public, not just selected few and the Oyibo dem.
I beg o, our police really need to be retrained on security issue.
As it is now, the only security we have is God.

This Police checking point thing is very silly and doesnt tell good of them at al. The new style is a temporary barrier at every Police post every evening through the night; collecting money publicly from commercial drivers with out fear or favour. It is embarrasing, very very embarrassing. Please make una send message to theri boss, to talk to them. It is very bad

I'm most satisfied with what the Rivers State government is doing in primary education; building ultra modern primary schools with modern facilites. That is a very good development. Gov. Amechi, I hail you. The government should also complete the assignment of demolishing the water fronts and make Rivers state more recreational and hospitable. The people that would be affected or are already affected by the demolision exercise should please bear with the government and understand that it is not personal but for the development of the state.
My people I beg make we think!!!

this administration is planning to build by next year an altra mordern park where all the boses will load and offload apart from the already existing side by side park i think with that plan all the road side loading and there associated hudlums will be taking care of.rivers state is moving forward by the grace of GOD is just with time all the things will be taking care of.but for sure there is a seriuos plan and moves.
